We're Meghan Carozza and Dr. Meghan Blake – a designer and physician who transformed our own UTI struggles into the solution we wished existed. Tired of antibiotics, misinformation, and ineffective remedies, we collaborated with urogynecologist Dr. Sharon Knight to develop Good Kitty's UTI Biome Shield.
Our breakthrough formula combines 100% bioavailable cranberry PACs, D-mannose, Vitamin D, and Zinc to create a powerful multi-action shield that prevents bacterial attachment, repairs urinary tissue, and optimizes microbiome health.
We're proud to be women founders creating science-backed, beautifully packaged solutions that deserve counter space while challenging the status quo in women's health.Because sexual wellness is women's wellness – and 30 million American women with UTIs deserve better than playing defense. It's time to take control and live a life that feels GOOD.

recyclable & fully compostable
sustainable sexual wellness
We ditched the basic supplement packaging for a reason. No cheap or ugly plastic containers. No wasteful secondary packaging. What you see is what you get.
Shipping boxes and mailers are recyclable (made from pre- and post-consumer recycled content). Our USA-made, compostable solutions use less water, less energy, and create less waste. Plus our canisters look sexy anywhere you put them.
We built Good Kitty for us—and you.
Women have been left to navigate a minefield of misinformation, suffering in silence while relying on temporary fixes and ineffective remedies that don’t address the root cause.

"Many lower cost supplements contain the pomace fiber material left over after the juice is removed and are not as effective at preventing bacterial adhesion as compared to a pure juice-based product.”

Amy Howell, PhD, Philip E. Marucci Center for Blueberry & Cranberry Research, Rutgers University
"only bioavailable PACs prevent UTIs. most cranberry supplements don't contain enough of the active ingredient enough to prevent UTIs. Good Kitty has the highest and combines it with d-mannose which is setting a new standard in women's health."

Sharon Knight, MD Urogynocologist Sutter Health
"your gut remains stubbornly colonized with these bad bladder bugs and only bioavailable cranberry products appear to reduce the recurrence of bladder infections by about 35%. Not as effective as antibiotics, but cranberries don’t foster antibiotic resistance, and have fewer side effects.:
