How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

What is the 30 day happiness guarantee?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We’re here for you, and we mean it. Not satisfied? Please contact Customer Service at orders@goodkittyco.com or call us at 877.421.7162 within 30 days of your order and we’ll process the return. Your happiness is our happiness.

After I sign up for a subscription, how do I access my account?

Before you can access your subscription through the Customer Portal you need to finish setting up your account here.

Once you have entered your information and have chosen a password you will receive an email with a link to verify your account. Please click ‘activate your account’ from within that email and you will be brought directly to your Customer Portal. 

If you have already set up an account, you can skip the above and simply sign in. 

Within the Customer Portal, click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right side of the page. From the ‘Home’ tab you can see past orders as well as upcoming shipments.

How do I manage my subscription?

Before you can access your subscription through the Customer Portal you need to finish setting up your account. Once you have entered your information and have chosen a password you will receive an email with a link to verify your account. Please click 'activate your account' from within that email and you will be brought to your Customer Portal.

How can I skip a shipment or change the date of an upcoming shipment?

Navigate to the ‘Upcoming Orders’ tab to skip or change the date of your next shipment.

Will I get a reminder before my recurring shipments are shipped?

Three days before your subscription order is set to ship, you will receive an email outlining the details of your order. Be sure to check your junk folder just in case. To avoid missing subscription related information, add us to your email contacts list.

Can I add items to my subscription?

Yes, subscriptions are fully customizable. You can add as many products as you would like and remove them whenever you want. Navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and click ‘Add A Product’. You can add any product as a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.

Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can adjust your subscription at any time.

When am I charged for my subscription?

You will be billed for your first order when you place your order. All subsequent orders are billed at the interval you selected.

How long will my subscription last?

Until you decide you don’t want it anymore! Your subscription renews at the interval you select, but you can skip, pause or switch up your delivery intervals at any time.

I can’t login into my account and I don’t know why?

I forgot to cancel or skip and my subscription renewed!

No worries! We totally understand. Although we can’t alter orders once they’ve been processed, we can definitely help you out by ensuring all future shipments have been successfully canceled. Send us an email at contact@goodkittyco.com.

I canceled my subscription, will my account be refunded?

Canceling your subscription affects future orders, not previous orders. All outstanding orders will be shipped as planned.
