How much do you charge for shipping?

We're pleased to offer free shipping on our Starter Kit and we charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all other domestic USA shipments.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not eligible for free shipping at this time and will incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
What shipping carriers do you use?

Packages are shipped via UPS Ground and Expedited shipping.

What are your standard shipping times?

Customer orders are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours from receipt. Once dispatched, our average anticipated delivery window for packages is 3 - 7 days. Please note that location, weather, and other current events may impact carrier shipping times. Updates and notifications on delays are available on each respective carrier website.

How do I locate my tracking number?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email sent from contact@goodykittco.com. Be sure to also check your SPAM folder.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship outside of the United States?

We ship to all states in the continental U.S.A. We do not ship internationally, to Canada, or to Europe at this time.

What if I need my order expedited?
  • For the destinations listed above, expedited shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate fee of $20.00 USD. For expedited shipments, we use UPS Expedited shipping services.

  • UPS Expedited shipping services ship to all 48 contiguous states and select locations in Hawaii and Alaska. This service offers 1-2 day delivery to commercial and residential addresses.
Why is my package marked as delivered on UPS tracking but I have not received it?

Sometimes shipping carriers mark a package as "delivered" when it leaves its processing center instead of when it is delivered to your doorstep. It may take 24 - 48 hours for the package to be delivered to your door. Please contact us at contact@goodkittyco.com if you have concerns. Alternatively, you can call providers directly at the following contact numbers in order to learn more. Please have your tracking number ready:

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a valid return:

Log into your account to start your return. 

Alternately you can email contact@goodkittyco.com with your order number and reason for return and await confirmation and return instructions

Ship items back in their original packaging

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Enjoy our 30-day happiness guarantee on our supplement. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the supplement. Brass canister and pendant are not refundable.

14-Day Return Window

Kitty Merchandise: Our non-intimate products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Or contact us for a return shipping label, and we'll process your exchange or full refund to your original payment method (minus shipping) once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Good Kitty Frilly Panties: Due to the personal nature of our underwear products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Monthly Refills: Monthly refills cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@goodkittyco.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Brief description of the issue
